Things have been quiet here for the last couple of weeks. We're waiting to see if our girl, Peti, has successfully bred with Doonie and waiting to see if Tinkie, a beautiful seal girl who is a Rapture daughter and belongs to Frances Price, has succeeded in breeding with Sunny. We're most anxious to see what these two breedings will produce. Peti and Doonie could produce a rainbow litter as both either are or carry the dilute colors of chocolate and lilac. Tinkie, on the other hand, is seal carrying blue as is Sunny but size and type are the greater issues here. Tinkie has the most refined head I have ever seen but needs the size from Sunny. Sunny also has excellent type so this could be a wonderful combination.

Our red factor litter of one, What a Valentine, now called Huey, is still ahead of the curve in size and weight. She has wonderful type and her mother's irrepressible opinionated personality. We could wish for better markings but seal torties are rare enough to win Huey a place in the breeding program for at least one litter. Debbie continues to supply us with adorable kitten photos which will be added to this page soon.
